What moved on BNB Chain in the CTO lane, what the record says about it, and how to check a contract in ten minutes.
Zine Court logged these CTO alerts from the network feed on 2026-09-23. Numbers are the values at alert time.
Recorded values, not live prices. Charts open on GMGN with the publisher's referral code.

Screen: market cap at least $10.0K, liquidity at least $5.0K, at least 250 holders. Charts open on GMGN.
A CTO alert means holders relaunched a project the deployer abandoned.
In short: deployer moves, relaunches and paid promotion are all public on BNB Chain. Zine Court collects them from CTO and checks them against holders and liquidity.
Day to day, a team that pays for a boost or edits its screener page is spending effort. Zine Court reads CTO to see where that effort goes and whether holders follow.
First look: Read the deployer's history: earlier launches, how long they lasted and how they ended. Check who paid for the boost and whether the same wallet holds supply.
None of these needs a wallet connection.
| # | Check |
|---|---|
| 1 | Open the chart and confirm the pool, the pair and the liquidity figure. |
| 2 | Open the deployer wallet and read its earlier launches. |
| 3 | Decide your exit before you enter, including the price where you are wrong. |
| 4 | Work from the contract address; tickers repeat across chains and copies. |
| 5 | Size the position so a total loss does not change your week. |
| 6 | Read the top ten holders and remove pools and burn addresses from the count. |
The scoreboard does not yet hold enough mature CTO alerts on BNB Chain to publish a rate. The chain-wide figure over 7 days: 19 % of alerts reached 2x within 24 hours and 91 % died within the day.

Every desk in the network filters differently. This is the screen Zine Court applies to the @empirebsccto lane:
Checked against the latest 48 alerts in the lane (about 3 days): 31 passed. The passing group sat at a median $108.8K cap with $36.2K in the pool and roughly 1405 holders. None of the 48 lane alerts had liquidity below a tenth of the market cap. Median concentration in the lane: 27 % of supply in the top ten wallets.
Values measured on 2026-09-23 from the Empire feed. The screen is a filter, not a recommendation.
| Token | Chain | First alert cap | Tracked cap | Multiple | Report |

Historic examples only. Each multiple compares the reported market cap with the first alert. Many other alerts in the same period lost value.

It is one of the Empire's public desks. It watches CTO alerts on BNB Chain, prints them live and explains how to check each one.
Dead means -80 % from the alert market cap, a cap under $5K, or a drained pool.
It opens the token on GMGN. Chart links carry the publisher's referral code, so the network may earn a commission if you trade there.
No. The desk shows data and a checking method. It does not recommend buying or selling anything.
